In short: we use your data only to answer your enquiry and arrange a visit. We create no accounts, send no newsletters and sell no data. Analytics and advertising tools (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Meta Pixel) run only after you consent in the cookie banner.

1. Data controller

2. What data we process and why

2.1. Enquiries and visit booking

When you fill in the contact or visit-booking form you provide: your name, phone number, email address, the content of your message and information about your pet (e.g. species, symptoms). We use this data for one purpose only — to reply to you and arrange a visit (legal basis: steps prior to entering a contract, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

Form submissions are stored in the website system and forwarded to the clinic email. We keep enquiry records for up to 12 months, then delete them.

2.2. Website statistics and advertising

With your consent in the cookie banner, the following third-party tools run on the site:

Google Analytics 4 — aggregated visit statistics (which pages are read, where you came from);
Microsoft Clarity — anonymized usage recordings and heatmaps that help us improve the site;
Meta (Facebook) Pixel — measuring ad performance and building audiences on Meta platforms.

The contacts and home pages also show a Google Maps map of the clinic's location. It loads from Google's servers and may set Google cookies as soon as the page opens (legal basis: legitimate interest in showing people how to find us, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). If you would rather it did not load, block third-party cookies in your browser settings.

These tools stay off until you consent (legal basis: consent, GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time in the cookie settings. See the Cookie policy for details.

2.3. What we do not do

We create no visitor accounts, keep no marketing databases of our own, send no newsletters and never pass your data to third parties for their marketing.

3. Who data may be shared with

Our hosting provider (server maintenance) and the analytics/advertising providers listed in section 2.2 — only to the extent you have consented to. Google, Microsoft and Meta may process data outside the EU/EEA under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

4. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict processing, object to processing, receive your data in a portable format and withdraw consent at any time. Write to klinika2x2@gmail.com — we reply within 30 days.

If you believe your rights have been violated, you may lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).

5. Changes to this policy

When we update this policy, the new version is published on this page with a new date at the top.
